Lou McCall

Lou McCall began her studies in yoga and meditation at a young age. She has worked with teachers in various yogic disciplines as well as Taoism and Buddhism. Lou teaches a mix of therapeutic practices she calls SLO-YO, which is rooted in the classical Svastha yoga tradition of Krishnamacharya with an emphasis on pranayama. She integrates other healing modalities, such as QiGong, neurobics and other science-backed longevity practices into this gentle approach, which has been called by students “Aquarian Fusion.”  Lou has been meditating for 50 years and explores with her students their individualized spiritual path through meditation. She is the author of Meditation for Everyone: Your Secular Guide to Spiritual Growth. Lou makes her home outside Taos, New Mexico.
