Enjoy an extra-relaxing evening of very gentle and slow-moving yoga, beneficial for all levels of yoga experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Singing bowls will serenade us throughout our movement practice.
The second half of our time will be devoted to a leisurely Yoga Nidra practice, a deeply restful guided stillness practice, usually done lying down.
This combination will leave you feeling utterly relaxed and restored.
